Haywood Cloud Privacy Notice
Last updated August 19, 2026
Information collected
The public demonstration uses sample data. Haywood Cloud stores the contact name, work email, company name, selected environment type, a salted password hash, and account/payment status. It sends the minimum contact and pilot metadata needed to create Stripe Checkout. Stripe collects billing and payment details on its hosted page; Haywood Cloud does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
Connected-system pilot data
Salesforce or NetSuite access is not activated by payment alone. After identity verification, the local companion uses customer-approved, read-only metadata access. OAuth tokens and connector secrets stay on the customer's device. Customers should never send passwords, security tokens, access tokens, or client secrets by email or through the signup form.
Use and retention
Contact and payment records are used to provide the pilot, prevent fraud, support billing, and meet legal obligations. Connected-system report retention and deletion terms are documented during onboarding before a customer connection is enabled.
Model boundary
The public demo sends only allowlisted fields from fixed sample findings to an internal-only Azure Ollama service and falls back to deterministic text if that service is unavailable. Customer connector reports are explained by Ollama on the customer's own device. Customer data is not used to train a public model.
