The first self-service option is a $750 one-time Guided Pilot for 30 days and one approved Salesforce sandbox or Developer Edition environment. Checkout creates a pending customer account, but no Salesforce or NetSuite connection is enabled until Haywood verifies the buyer, authorization, and read-only scope.
A written scope should define the environment, transaction types, controls, access boundary, evidence, deliverables, timeline, and customer responsibilities before work begins.
